When’s the next bailout placing at Voyager Life – spoof operational update

Chaired by Eric Boyle of disgraced Stanford Rook ( Stanford Crook to its pals), Voyager Life (VOY) has been a disaster for investors since its listing in June 2021 at 58p. I have managed to get the shares suspended once and exposed this red flags laden, rogue-run, POS more than once. If “old” Liam Murray at Cairn had any sense at all he would quit as its Aquis adviser. Instead we have another spoof RNS operational update designed to pump the shares, now just 11p to sell, ahead of the next bailout placing, needed within weeks to avoid bankruptcy.

Wheelsure – sales are vanity: the Fat Lady is checking her diary! This company deserves to go bust!

Aquis listed Wheelsure (WHLP) has always been an accident waiting to happen. But now it seems as if the Fat Lady may have a gig in Bedford possibly even before Christmas. The statement, ‘natch, is wholly disingenuous. Naughty, naughty Liam Murray at Cairn. I shall be dropping a quick email to Santa as this is NOT what good boys do.

CloudTag: Life in the old fraud yet or just a new fraud and possibly money laundering?

Cloudtag (CTAG) was a bulletin board darling which we exposed as a bankrupt fraud on this website numerous times HERE. Eventually the company’s Nomad, Liam Murray at Cairn Financial, arrived at the same conclusion and gave his notice of resignation.  However the company then raised £975,000 via broker Novum without telling Novum or anyone else about that resignation. Murray thus resigned with immediate effect and Novum unwound the placing while, with no other Nomad prepared to take on this toxic client, it was booted off the AIM sewer in March 2017.

GOTCHA! Voyager Life suspension and statement which is vaguely true but largely fantasy, and an apology to Liam Murray

After yesterday’s bombshell expose HERE shares in Voyager Life (VOY) were suspended. Unfortunately, I was the sole carer for two young children last night so there was no opportunity to tuck into a celebratory bottle of ouzo provided, very generously, by Ervil Banksta for just such an occasion.  Today there is a statement on “press speculation” and an unsuspension. As you might expect from a charlatan such as Eric Boyle of Stanford ( c)Rook infamy who chairs Voyager, the statement is not entirely true.

MAJOR EXPOSE: Voyager Life – a can of worms & a history lesson for young Liam Murray

One advantage of being old is that – as long as the long covid does not get to you – you can recall events in the distant past which young investors or advisors like Liam Murray at Cairn, might not be aware of. Yesterday as I dug into Voyager Life (VOY) I recalled how I first exposed this company’s chairman as a charlatan 27 years ago. Leopards do not change their spots. Eric Boyle is a prize scallywag who has no place in the PLC world.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the 1 AIM share you must Fill Your Boots with NOW, don't wait just buy

In today’s podcast I discuss Joshua’s Advent calendar then look at 2 very naughty Nomads and 2 of their grossly over-valued clients. Roland “Fatty” Cornish looks after European Metal Holdings (EMH). Liam Murray of Cairn looks after the ultimate Penny Dreadful, Catenae (CTEA). Then I return to Sarah Willingham’s NightJar and why she is destroying value for morons who pony up £6 million for the IPO on day 1. This is a scandal and Nomad Allenby should be ashamed. Then onto Purplebricks (PURP) before I look at Summerway (SWC) and why, whatever you pay you MUST buy its shares ASAP

ValirX: Open letter to Nomad Cairn Financial - time to reissue RNS

I do not wish to be seen as a pedant but an RNS statement is meant to be, you know, like, er, accurate. And thus as an upstanding member of the AIM Casino community I have penned a quick email to my pal Liam Murray at Nomad Cairn Financial about today’s RNS from ValirX (VAL) which appears to fail the accuracy test. I write.

The Sheikh on the Make, hapless Nomad Cairn and the insider dealing – an aide memoire

Hapless Nomad Cairn Financial of Cloudtag (CTAG) infamy has been contacted by both email and phone, to establish whether it has done, as it should do under FCA Rules and contact the FCA regarding suspicious share trades ( i.e. insider dealing) in ADM Energy (ADME) by Dubai Royal Shaikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum. There has been no reply. To focus the attention of Tony Rawlinson, Liam Murray and Jo Turner round at Cairn, here is what appears to have happened. A timeline.

Open letter to Cairn: after shock video exposes wholesale Cloudtag lying you must quit NOW

Hapless Nomad Cairn has so far refused to resign as adviser to the AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) despite incontrovertible evidence of house it has misled investors with RNS statements that are outright lies throughout 2016 and in doing so has committed blatant securities fraud. Today's shock video from CES where an Onitor spokesman admits that there is no release date yet is surely the straw that breaks the camel's back in that it directly exposes as a lie every statement made in November & December about 2016 sales that was used to get away a £4.1 million death spiral fund raise. I have written to Tony Rawlinson & Liam Murray at Cairn and cc'd in that useless poltroon Marcus Stuttard, head of the oxymorons at AIM Regulation demanding a statement and action.

Cloudtag forced to make statement and its all bollocks

Staff at Cloudtag's (CTAG) hapless Nomad (Cairn Financial) must be going bonkers. My friend Liam Murray does not have much hair but he must be tearing out the little that he does have. A CEO who communicates not only via RNS statements that are totally untrue but also via private emails to members of a shareholder base from Bedlam who will at 2+2 to make 27 is a toxic mix. It is not how a regulated orderly market is meant to work. And so yesterday shares in Cloudtag zoomed ahead by as much as 35% peaking at 8.5p. So Cairn forced the CEO, Mr Amit Ben Haim, to make a statement. The shares closed at 7.875p. The statement is a total joke.

Do not stigmatise mental health ...an open letter to Cairn Financial re Afriag

My Yusuf Kajee of Afriag (AFRI) is aware that my mother killed herself. That has encouraged him on a number of occassions to question my sanity and smear me in a variety of ways on twitter while refusing to answer basic questions about his business activities. He has today stooped to a new low which is truly beneath contempt. This prompts a letter to his Nomad, Cairn Financial. We do live in a civilised 21st century do we not?
